After 16 years of experience in several manufacturing sectors, I expanded a strong specialization in managing complex situations that include production – logistic – financial and legal matters with a particular focus and attitude to negotiation and planning of all the activities.

I’m predisposed to achieve the goals and to manage difficult situations, I’m prepared to organize company and production’s plant start up having the responsibility of finding and starting facilities, recruiting the first level of management staff and managing the network with local administration.

I’m skilled on restructuring and staff reduction or relocation of production’s plant. In any case, always focused on financial engineering and tax optimization.
